White Horse Challenge, sure am. Signed up at Christmas thinking it would get
me back on the bike. It didn't. Longest ride I've done in over 4 months is
my 13mile commute, so 92 miles will be fun! Says on the event web site that
this year they are timing everyone on the final long climb, so you will all
get to see just how slow I've got!!

I'll get in touch next week to sort a start time.

See you all on a ride soon.

Jonathan.

Remaining events in this season's WTTA Hardriders series listed below,
although it might well be too late for the Swindon event. Details for each
are in the CTT handbook, except for the Westbury Wheelers event, which I
understand was a late addition. If anyone is interested, let me know and
I'll get you the details for that one when I have them...

17-Apr-11 Sunday U59 23 Swindon RC
08-May-11 Sunday U74 23 Cheltenham & County CC
15-May-11 Sunday U360 26 Westbury Wheelers
05-Jun-11 Sunday U364 29 Somer Valley CC
05-Jul-11 Tuesday U109 25 Dursley RC
25-Sep-11 Sunday U370 25 Bath CC
02-Oct-11 Sunday U72 25 Gloucester City CC
16-Oct-11 Sunday UH26 HC Bristol South CC

Cheers, Paul

P.S. Anyone apart from Alex and myself riding the White Horse this year on
April 17 (Jon?) that fancies meeting up at the start and riding out
together?

All,
The Club has affiliate to the WTTA again this year, offering members the
opportunity to test themselves against the clock on some (generally) fairly
tough TT courses. Affiliation allows points earned to be totalled up
throughout the series.

If you fancy a bit of a challenge why not have a go?

Cheers
Ian
