Hi Luiz,

The White Horse Challenge is a sportive which you need to have signed up for
(back in Dec / Jan). Unfortunately all the places have gone.

If you or anyone else are interested in a local sportive there is a new
event on the 20th June called The Great Western Sportive that
starts/finishes in Swindon. By coincidence it covers a bit of the White
Horse Challenge through Avebury.

There is also the Wessex 100/50/20 on 12th September which runs from Bath.
The 100 mile route loops out to Salisbury and finishes up Brassknocker Hill!
Quite a few Walcot riders did either the 100 or 50 mile route last year and
may do so again this year.

Cheers,

Jonathan.

Hello Guys

I know that I missed most of the conversation going on here but, if possible
can someone tell me something about the White Horse ride? Is it just a
ride/race/sportive/ etc etc? Anyone can join in?

I am sorry for just jump into it, just now!!! But I might be able to have a
Sunday a way from work and would love to go for a good ride away from Bath.

Cheers,

I meant to send an email out but forgot yesterday. To Jo, and all those
riding the White Horse, we decided to meet from 8.00am at Shrivenham Village
Hall (where you sign on), with the aim of getting rolling by 8.30.

Cheers, Paul
