[VC Walcot] Hillingdon Winter Series

Hi Tavis,
I'm really interested to do some racing to try to get Cat 3 but need to focus on base training so will pass up on this opportunity, but would appreciate your advice on how I get into racing next season (February?). Do I need a BC license? Are there races locally?

Hi All
 
If anyone is interested in getting some road racing in before next year, Hillingdon (http://www.hillingdoncyclecircuit.org.uk/) is starting their winter series on Saturday 5th December. As I understand it any points gained will go towards next years standings.  It takes about an 1 hour 40 to get there.. I'll being doing a couple of them so if anyone is interested there will be space in the car.. Its a closed circuit purpose built cycle race track.. Raced there once and it was cracking fun...
