[VC Walcot] Saturday Ride

Anyone that fancies a Saturday morning spin is always welcome on the 'Cadence RT' group ride from Cadence bike shop at 8am every Saturday (all year round). Rides generally vary between 35-50mls at around 17-20mph avg.

Or for an easy paced spin there's also a shop-ride leaving Cadence at the same time! This ride is generally 25-35mls @13-16mph avg.
