Thanks Jonathan (for producing the minutes and for getting in touch with Somer Valley) - pleased that you are able to attend Matt. Andy tells me that he and Jon have also talked to Rob (Edgell) - hence copying him in also.

Both Andy and I are able to make 28th Nov and one or both of us will attend to represent Bath CC.

Am also copying in Darren as our new Welfare Officer in case he wants to be there also (will get the minutes to you separately Darren, Andy also keen to chat before the Bath CC AGM).

Andy and I have submitted our applications to attend the Level 2 Coaching Course in Bournemouth on the 24th/25th. We have yet to submit the Grant Application forms to Sarah though. Aware we need to do this asap but not sure if we have the necessary forms - I would be really grateful if Eugene or Sarah could send me copies please. 

(Aware that emails may have gone separately to Andy, apologies, he's not been able to keep on top of them over the past couple of weeks, if there's something that can't wait best send a copy to me please).

I’ve had a response from Somer Valley CC which is great as they are based Radstock way. 

Seems we are narrowing it down to the evenings of Wednesday 21st or 28th November 2012 to meet with you and Mark Adams from British Cycling.

I’m happy with either, but favour 28th Nov 12.  Say 7:00pm?  What venue, your office?

Thank you for the email, as a local club we would definitely like to find out more about whats happening with the Bath circuit and be involved if we can.

Attached are minutes from our meeting on 24th Oct 12.  I don’t have everyone’s email, so please circulate to club colleagues etc as required.  I trust my notes are correct, any comments let me know.

We need to confirm back to Lynda Deane before Friday this week a preferred date for meeting with BaNES and Mark Adams from British Cycling – see item 29.

Early evening is better for me, I can make any of the dates.

Hi Emma,

We’ve not met.  I’m a member of VC Walcot and have been in regular contact with Andy Stewart of Bath CC  about establishing youth cycling / training on the new track at Odd Down.

I’m not sure how much you know about the track at Odd Down Playing Fields.  It’s a 1.5km off road tarmac circuit, financed by British Cycling on land owned by BaNES.  Planning permission has been granted, with the track due for completion by April 2013.

It’s important that each of the British Cycling affiliated clubs within BaNES are represented, which is something British Cycling and BaNES are very keen to support.  Jim Imeson (BaNES Cycling Development Officer) and Eugene Kertzman (BaNES Wheels 4 All officer) are also involved.

We are looking to run joint sessions at Odd Down.  I understand Eugene has contacted you and I would like to add that as a member of VC Walcot we look forward to hopefully working with Somer Valley CC.

Please feel free to have someone from Somer Valley CC attend when we meet Lynda Deane and Mark Adams.
