Hi all,

 

Help!!

 

With the HQ closing, last minute admissions to hospital and one thing and
another it's not been easy but we are on!!

 

It nearly didn't happen, but by the skin of our teeth and all that...

The Avenue (past the American museum)

First rider off at 3:00pm.

 

Final piece of the jigsaw is ours to complete.

 

Please, please, please, we need marshals.

 

If you can help out we need you to don a hi-viz and keep an eye on the
event.

 

Nothing strenuous, you will get to see the race and stand on the side
shouting your support as your club mates take on some of the finest hill
climbers in the country.

 

All we ask is that you keep an eye out for the riders safety, oncoming cars
and the like.

 

Drop me a line and let me know. Your help is essential (we cannot run the
event without you) and greatly appreciated.

 

Marshalls will need to be at the Sulis Club by 1.45pm for a quick briefing.

 

I will be there from 12:00 midday, putting up marquees at the HQ and road
safety signage on the route. You are welcome to join me if you can.

 

So, whether you are participating, marshalling and shouting your support...
