company were great....the coach was OK too!

Hi everybody,

As Mark Baile and Ian Savage know, I run riding weeks in the South of
Spain with Pyractif which are aimed at providing guided rides as well as
some coached sessions to improve bunch riding skills and get the best
from the fitness you build while riding some awesome roads. THere are
two weeks this year, the first is a week of hard riding and competitive
interval sessions for those looking to come back to the UK ready to race
and already fit and raring to go in mid march. The second week is aimed
at building a solid base of endurance riding for those looking to
improve their sportive riding and the coaching sessions in each week are
tailored to each of those weeks to really send you home fitter as well
as faster and more relaxed.

I've attached a powerpoint presentation about the Spain sportive trip
next Spring for your delectation, dates are preliminary however they
would be at most 1week either side of those stated.
Price for 7days will be around 500 - 540 Euros (again subject to
confirmation) including:

Airport transfers
Breakfast 7 days, dinner 5 days although we arrange two evening meals
out to give our cook two evenings off.
Guided and coached rides plus advice if you want to ride on your own for
the day.
Access to tools and cleaning equipment, although we can offer to help we
don't include a mechanic with this trip


Last year we had a very happy group of 15 riders who had a fabulous time
and several of whom ended up smashing their season targets. The area is
an unsung gem with roads seemingly designed by the same people who
though up Scalextrix tracks, smooth tarmac fast flowing bends with
positive camber to fling you through them. A joy to ride! The group
coaching was a reall success last year with all riders benefitting from
gaining confidence in tight formation riding. Of course if you just want
to ride your bike in the sunshioe we can accomodate that and you still
get the friendly Pyractif atmosphere and camaraderie that was such fun
last year. I can tailor coaching program to what would most benefit the
group, and if the club sends a group we can ensure that you are trained
as a team so that when you hit the UK you are ready to help each other
hit gold.

I seriously think you guys would love the riding round Bollula and the
chance to meet like minded types is a major bonus too.
