Hi everyone,
 
Great news from the National 12hr, Lowenna came 5th! On drop bars, in her second 12hr of the season (and second ever) our social secretary managed to worry the best the country could offer. Within 5ish miles of a podium and 25ish of the win. All together now...for she's jolly good fellow, for she's a jolly good fellow etc.
 
Buy her a beer next time you see her (for information, Chelsea road cafe has a license).
 
In other news, science needs you. A research team at uni is conducing a study into a new supplement from lucozade, nothing scary, nothing that could get you banned just a new drink. I've attached the details for your perusal. It is really one for those of you would enjoy experiencing professiona level fitness testing and some tough workouts with powerdata.
 
I will be doing it and Low has already started the study, I wouldn't like to bias anyone but she has been riding rather quickly of late...
