Subject: [VC Walcot] Inferno Triathlon!

Hello fellow Walcot riders!
 
I've spoken to many of you on the Sunday rides about my little adventure in Switzerland this August and thought, as I'm attempting to raise a large sum for a specific and small charity close to my heart, I'd see if I could catch any of you in a generous mood.
 
I'm going to race the Inferno Triathlon in the Swiss Alps on 22 August.  It will be the toughest event I have ever attempted (swim across a freezing lake, 18 000ft climbing on road and mountain bikes then running 7200ft up to the top of a 10 000ft mountain!), and as a group like you will appreciate - training crazy long hours to prepare for it.
I am doing it to raise funds for Malaika Kids, the charity for AIDS orphans in Tanzania with which I worked as a volunteer last summer.
