Hi Andy - I am helping Tom with this Sunday's event and he desperately needs about 7 cyclists to assist as lead and read cyclists with the 'waves' for the marathon, half marathon and 10 Km.  Tom is paying £25 for the 10 Km and £50 for the marathon and half marathon.  Can you assist him at all?
