Hi All. Don't think I'll be back in time for the ride, but if ur at the Pack Horse and 'my' chip goddess is there I'll do my hair n head on up! 

Shoulder is getting there slowly . Got x ray nxt tues - physio continues on it. 

Missing the mud - sort of.
