Hi Mikey.

Yep :-) and you'd be really welcome. Start point is the gravel 'island' between the two ped crossings at the end of Widcombe High Street (Claverton St actually), over the footbridge behind Bath Spa station.

Time: 6.25 for 6.30 get-away.

Sadly I'm still off the bike after a major 'off' (not on a Weds night I hasten to add!) but there's always a great group riding, about 6 generally recently. Pace is 'social' (i.e. climb steady / at your own pace but stop to chat / wait / re-group at the top). Distance about 20-ish miles. About 3 hrs time, so yes you'll need a light. (We're not a 'club' as such, just a group that meets for a ride, no 'rules' :-) but 'wear a lid' and bring a bottle, some food and a spare tube.) Oh, and a fiver, we sometimes include a pub-stop (sometimes the Pig and Fiddle at the end).

There's an email list which I've cc'd above and a Facebook group if you're on there.

Hope to see you out sometime soon.

Cheers

Andy

Subject: Wednesday night rides

Hi Andy

I am new to the area and was emailing to see if the Wednesday night rides are still happening.
If so where is the start point and what time, also will I need a light.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers

Mikey
